Various studies have shown that walking is the best exercise for an individual. Walking can be done anywhere, anytime… with a pair of good shoes. In addition, running is one of the most effective, time-efficient workouts around for those that want to progress to a higher intensity workout. Starting and sticking with a walking or running program doesn’t have to be difficult. It’s simply a matter of doing the right things at the right time to keep you motivated. Join Walking Fit and the Riverside Lopers for an informative presentation on:
